Pisa

After hopping off the train, I felt instantly excited as I walked the adorable pedestrian only streets towards the Leaning Tower.

You walk for about 25 minutes not seeing anything, and then when you make your last turn, there it is, the Leaning Tower of Pisa.

Right next to the Leaning Tower was a beautiful Duomo that I toured as well.

Visiting Pisa and the Leaning Tower was so much fun.  Even looking back at these pictures, I get so excited.  For me, Pisa was definitely a pleas-a!

  1. I saw it a few years ago, it was pretty surreal isn’t it! I loved seeing so many people trying to get the same picture, too funny. Looking forward to seeing more of your travels!

  2. I stayed in Florence for work once and was hoping to get to Pisa, but wasn’t able to. Gorgeous pictures! Would you recommend it?

    1. Hi Maggie! Definitely go next time, it’s a quick 30 min train ride from Florence, and you really only need 1/2 – full day to see everything :)
