Over the years, I have amassed quite the list of recipes from our travels to cook at home. Some are recipes that I have been inspired to recreate and some are recipes that I have received. But sadly, most have gone unmade. Yep, even though I cook at home most nights of the week, I have seriously neglected making these recipes that I have been so excited about during (and even after) our travels.
So I’ve decided that instead of creating a long list of goals for the New Year, I really want to focus on just a few things, and cooking is one of them. I’m saying adiós to my yearly tradition of making a laughably long list of life goals, and cheers instead to creating an insanely long list of recipes. I feel a little bit like this is my very own Julie & Julia moment, except I am just having this moment with myself, so it is more like a ‘Katie & Katie’ moment. (Oh, and unlike Julie, I am not attempting to make 524 new recipes, just 50.)
