Sleeping in Sevilla

Our welcome to Sevilla couldn’t have been any better.  We immediately fell in love with the colorful buildings and beautiful architecture of the city, and our arrival at our hotel, Las Casas De El Arenal,  just pushed it all over the top.  Aside from being adorably buttercup yellow and decorated with a mix of antiques and crystal chandeliers, we were warmly welcomed with glasses of Cava served on a silver tray.  Feeling pampered?  You better believe it.

We checked into our room and were kindly escorted and given a tour.  And to no surprise, our room was beautiful.  A sleeping room, a sitting area (they called it a salon which was so cute), a walk in closet, a huge bathroom and a private patio…we could definitely get used to this.

Las Casas De El Arenal is clearly all about the details – – fresh flowers in our room everyday, a beautiful breakfast spread every morning, afternoon sherry and cookies, and a really great room service wine list (that was also really cheap by American standards).

Aside from loving how spoiled we felt with our room and the attentive service, the location of the hotel couldn’t have been any better.  Just a few minutes walk brought us to all of the major sites, restaurants and shopping areas.

From morning till night we found ourselves filled with gratitude for staying in such a wonderful hotel.  We felt very welcomed and taken care of our entire stay.  Since we travel a lot, feeling at home in a hotel is the best thing we could ask for.  Thank you, Las Casas De El Arenal for taking such good care of us.  We look forward to seeing you again in the future.
