Go, Go, Go Car

If you live in San Diego, then there is a pretty good chance that you’ve seen these snappy little Go Car’s racing around town.

These 3 wheeled scooter-meets-go-carts are such a fun way to tour San Diego, even for locals like us.  We felt a bit like we had our own Gadgetmobile, or KITT…our very own super intelligent car to whip through the streets of San Diego with.

After deciding on a tour (we picked the Then and Now tour), and going through the basics of driving, we were off!

You get a map to follow your tour route, and since the car is equipped with GPS, there is a sassy little tour guide talking to you about the different attractions, the history of San Diego, and even cracking a few jokes!

Even though we have lived in San Diego for a few years, we learned so many new things about the city.

It was such a fun way to spend the afternoon.  I would definitely recommend giving these zippy little cars a go.

After filling our brains with factoids about San Diego, it was time to fill our tummys too.  Luckily for us, just a stones throw from Go Car is one of our favorite places to grab a burger, the Waterfront.

Cruisin’ and burgers – it was a great way to spend an afternoon.  I suggest you give it a Go, Go, Go!
